Eén van TUGPINS laatste innovaties is het gepatenteerde ontwerp van een 100% waterdicht (Watertight Plus) systeem. Door het voorkomen van binnendringen van water in het systeem, met als gevolg corrosie van de mechanische delen, zullen uw onderhoudskosten tot een minimum beperkt worden. Het gebruik van afbreekbare olie voor de smering van de bewegende delen, draagt tevens bij tot het behoud van het milieu.

Ons Watertight Plus systeem zorgt ervoor dat onze towing pins 100% waterdicht zijn.

De nieuwste ontwikkeling van Tugpins is een geharde rol met een dikke geharde laag voor uw towing pin. Deze rol is geproduceerd met een zeer speciaal proces wat resulteert in deze zeer dikke geharde laag van de rol met een hardheid van 52-56 Rockwell C. Daarnaast heeft dit materiaal de gunstige eigenschappen van RVS.
